I’ll be the first to admit – social media is time consuming, and often times disheartening.

But that’s where I come in.

Harness Creation is offering a brand new Social Media Management package! Whether you’re after growth, brand awareness, creating leads, or you just can’t spare the time to manage your socials anymore, I’m here to help.

You can expect a basic management package with me to be about $1,000 a month. Of course, this will depend on your needs – whether you want to spend more on paid advertising, whether you’re providing content, whether we’re going through a growth phase, and whether you want management for more than the three basic platforms.

So what do you get for $1,000 a month?

Platforms i focus on

Depending on your brand and what you’re selling, there are three platforms that we focus on. These are TikTok, Instagram, and FaceBook.


Short-form video is the way of the future, so if you’re not already on TikTok, I will create a profile for you. You might think your audience isn’t on there, but you’ll be surprised. It’s currently the easiest platform is grow on, and the easiest way to get in front of the largest audience as quickly as possible.


Instagram works for almost every brand. While it’s harder for people to find you organically, it’s one of the first places people will go when they learn about your brand. Growing here is easiest when you funnel people from TikTok. Even with that barrier, if you’re selling any type of product, Instagram is a must.


FaceBook is where people will go to get the basic information about your business. Where you’re located, how to contact you. It’s also used as an informational tool – educational videos work great on FaceBook. However, it’s best feature – the reason why it’s so useful to us – is it’s sponsored ads. FaceBook is a great place to start with retargeting ads – if you have the budget for sponsored content.

If you need it, other platforms I can manage for you are Pinterest, LinkedIn, or even YouTube. It will depend on your needs as a brand.

What do we do?

There are four pillars of management included in all management packages. These are:


Account management has two main components.

Firstly, it’s about posting content. This includes activities such as writing captions, scheduling posts, posting stories, finding relevant content to share, and brainstorming content ideas.

Depending on your budget, it can also include producing and creating content. This would mean I handle the entire process for you – from taking the photos, editing them, and posting them. This makes my involvement very intensive, and it will not be suited for every brand.

The second component is about engaging with other creators/accounts. It includes responding to messages, replying to comments, reaching out to influencers, and liking/commenting on relevant creators/accounts posts.

Each brand has different needs, and a different budget, and I want to work together to find a solution to your problems that suits us both.


Customer service is very similar to the above engagement.

However, it’s main different is that it’s about answering questions and complaints. This is about solving the problem for a customer quickly, so that they don’t have a negative experience with your brand and share their thoughts online. This aspect typically involves very close work with you and/or your customer service team, so that problems are solved and questions are answered quickly.


This option depends on your budget, and what your goals are. $100 of paid advertising is included in every quote.

From my end, it requires looking through and understanding analytics, so that I can get you the best cost-per-click possible. Sponsored posts often have a different look and feel than organic content, so working with your analytics will make sure that you’re getting the best return you can.

Retargeting is also a huge aspecting of paid advertising. It will mean that I can target people who are already warm to your brand – those that have already visited your website, or even those on your email list. Retargeting is an amazing tool, so utilising it where I can is a must.


Account growth can be difficult, but it’s not impossible.

All of the above actions contribute to it – engaging with others, posting consistently, paid media . . . but the true key to growth is to dial that up exponentially.

I don’t recommend brands constantly be in a growth period – it’s exhausting, particularly for you, as it’s huge amounts of content. However, depending on your goals, I will take you through phases of account growth.

I achieve this by increasing engagement with other accounts, increasing the amount of content posted, and helping to brainstorm content ideas that have the potential for bigger reach.
